double chocolate peanut butter m&m cookie recipe !!

many have requested this recipe… so here it is!! 🫶🏼

395g AP flour

1tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

40g black cocoa powder

330g sugar

25g molasses

230g butter

2 eggs

1tbsp vanilla extract

100g peanut butter

10g icing sugar

milk chocolate m&ms (measured by ❤️)

peanut butter m&ms (measured by ❤️)

make ahead: mix the peanut butter & the icing sugar, mixture should get dry and thick. add in your milk chocolate m&ms. portion into 10-12 balls. freezer for 1 hour or more til solid. ✨make sure to save some m&ms for the tops✨

🤍 note: this is the portioning i used, if you’d like more of less filling measure with your ❤️. as long as the filling is thicker and you can mold it without ur fingers sticking to it!

combine dry ingredients, set aside.

cream butter, molasses & sugar, add in eggs and vanilla.

mix wet & dry ingredients (dough might be SUPER thick, that’s okay!) + add in the peanut butter m&ms and combine. ✨make sure to save some for the tops ✨

scoop dough with an ice cream scoop (or about 3.5-4oz if by hand) create a hole in the middle & add in your frozen peanut butter filling. ✨make sure it’s fully sealed✨ before placing on baking sheet.

place extra m&ms on top for some pizazz💃🏻

❗️❗️❗️❗️i DO NOT chill my doughs as they are already thick without chilling! they will struggle to spread if chilled.

bake for 11-12mins @ 325°F (oven runs hot, yours will most likely be 350°F!) ✨

hope you enjoy! 🤍

all my recipes will be posted over time if you see one that you like, so please be patient 🙏🏼 all recipes are my own that i spent months perfecting🍪 ♥️

Made these literally 20 min ago!!!

They were great!!

I made a HUGE mess with the brown sugar coating because i accidentally heated it up way too fast. Thought I blew my house up tbh.. so muchhh smoke 🤣🤣

So proud tho!
