Feeling unenergized after 8 hours

So, I’m a 16-year-old female, and whenever I get about five or six hours of sleep, I feel incredibly energetic but the energy fades away quite soon. However, when I get eight hours of sleep, I feel extremely tired and fatigued, which is quite troubling.

I’ve tried coffee and energy drinks, but neither seems to work for me. Coffee doesn’t provide any real energy boost, and energy drinks don’t energize me; instead, they only increase my heart rate. When I drink coffee, I immediately feel the need to take a nap, and I don’t wake up feeling more energized, still as tired as ever.

I have a very rigorous schedule next year, and I’m worried about how I’ll manage everything with this sleep problem.

By the way, I have PMOS and am insulin resistant, if that matters. Please help me or give advice.

Hi, I’m a sophomore and took the PSAT 10. I’m not a native speaker, so I struggle a little with English. I scored very low, and I’m worried it will hurt my chances of getting into a good college.

I’m taking Algebra 2 Honors and Geometry classes over the summer, so I believe that will improve my math score. I’m unsure about what to do for the English section, though.

I will do SAT prep since I won’t have time in the summer.
