How much weight would I lose if I fasted for 10 days?
Im 18, female, 140-145 lbs and 5’0-5’1
I’m sick of being big. My skin is gross. I was 170 or more at my highest at 13. I’ve water fasted lots of times before, I even was 100-120 just a few years back and I gained some of it back. I was 150+ a few weeks ago.
I want to start again. (I kinda have but only for 3-5 days)
What are some tips and what’s the longest I can do? I want to be 120 as a goal but 65-90 pounds when I’m done.
Don’t worry about long fasts, I used to do weeks when I was younger and I have done a week before in recent times and I’m sorry I let myself go. Please recommend tips.
