I got a new tattoo yesterday
Artist was Sam at Red Octopus in Annapolis. I was a walk-in. When I do walk-ins, I almost always go to Red Octopus.
I asked for a line drawing and he ended up putting shading and highlighting in, which added a really nice touch to it and brought it to life a little bit. I’m a photographer, and I’m a girly girl, so. I really like what he did here.
If it’s not your style, I get it, you don’t have to let me know 😉 I like it and I wanted to share it with other people.
Not just skin level pain, but sometimes my clitoris aches deeper inside. I have a GYN visit with my new specialist this week, so I’ll ask her too, but I was curious if anyone else went through this. It hurts when sitting or shifting to a new position like standing, or a little when walking. Doesn’t hurt with the vibrator. It’s an ache, not a burning. ChatGPT said that it might be a sign of inner adhesions, which makes me so sad. Anyone else?
Join the Facebook group “single parents of Annapolis” they do dinners, drinks, karaoke, trivia nights, game nights, lots more activities about 1-3 times a month. Gotta be single and a parent of kids under 18 to join. More women than men right now - maybe you can change that? We always hear that it’s hard to make friends as an adult, but it doesn’t have to be.
I had a good date last night! Idk if it’ll go anywhere because 3 of my last 4 have been good dates, even though so far 2 of them didn’t lead to anything, but I’m happy that I’m not having mostly bad dates, which has happened to me before. All 3 good ones have been men 12-20 years younger than me. Not sure if that means anything buuuuttt…
You know what he did that I found really nice? He went to the bathroom, and when he was coming back, he bent down and gave me a kiss on the cheek. That was a first. It made it seem like he was happy to see me. Just a little thing, but a nice one nonetheless.
Share your stories of unexpected and nice things that happened to you on dates, please. We see a lot of crappy things on socials, but sometimes we need good stuff too!
