Divorce support group. Annapolis and surrounding areas.

Does anyone know of any support groups for divorcees? People with which to talk and commiserate? I need a community to help me navigate through these tough times.

Free Social Events

(24, M, New-ish to town) Im making an effort to have free social events in and around Annapolis. Casual activities like biking, hiking, playing chess downtown, frisbee, fishing, running… the list goes on. It’s an effort for me to overcome my own social anxiety (covid hit when I was 18-22) and meet fun people both my age and otherwise. These will be all public, all free, and all folks are welcome.

About me: I have red hair, ran in college, and I ride my one-speed Fuji Feather bike around downtown a few times a week. I’ll be bringing a chessboard down by the duck dock this afternoon & tomorrow if anyone would like to say hi.

Exercise/Gym and/or Tennis Parter

Mature, professional man who likes to keep active looking for an exercise and/or tennis parter. I am a 3.0 tennis player and can play late afternoons, early evenings, or on weekends. I would also like a male exercise/gym buddy to keep each other motivated. I do best with some accountability! Annapolis, Arnold, or Severna Park.

Bank Fishing

got a nephew 13y/o who wants to get into fishing. lives in Cape st Claire. I fish but I'm unfamiliar with that area. looking for advice on where it could be accessible for a kid on bike or foot in that area to soak some lines. I know there is that pier in the hood I was looking on maps and saw some creeks around there too. what about this Little Magothy or any of these estuaries feeding deep creek?

I don't think the kid is brave enough to walk through back yards. so any public lands on those creeks?

I'll probably be taking him out tomorrow so any advice would be great.

goal would be small pan fish like perch to then take over to the pier to use as bait for cats or whatever.
