Would you consider getting back with your Ex?

Let’s say you broke up because of emotional burnout. You got tired of asking to be seen and heard.

Now 1 year after. Both of you did not lose contact. In that 1 year, the most the two of you in no contact was 1 month. You notice that ex walked the walk, and talked the talk. Ex changed for the better. You have properties together and fur babies. You are in your 30s. Both single. Ex occasionally comes to your house (shared ownership supposedly but you bought the ex out from the ownership through installment) to help you with the fur babies as well as your mental state (you have depression) and not asking for return.

Ex is not texting you non-stop and will only communicate with you if necessary. You are also very cold and harsh but ex doesn’t lash out/react. Ex only wants to help you with the furbabies and the depression. Giving you the space that you want and need and genuinely happy if you’re happy. Content with loving in the distance even if it means being hurt

Would you consider going back? Despite your emotional burnout and the pain and suffering caused by the relationship? To which Ex acknowledged and held itself accountable. Hence the change in mindset and growth.
