Long story short two people with the same name live at my address but with different middle names (James G. Smith, James R. Smith for ex.). They keep asking me verification questions (first car, employment etc etc) that I assume apply to the other person living at my house bc they have absolutely nothing to do with me. The Indian dudes I keep getting connected to can't seem to understand that half the things they are asking about are before I was eben born.
