AITJ for saying that an “ai addiction” could never compare to substance addiction (as an addict)
got attacked for saying that the two could never compare and the fighting argument people had was “addiction is addiction”
this feels unreasonable, comparing that all addictions fall under one singular blanket statement
I agree that all addictions are valid and horrible but there is a very big difference between a drug addiction and a social media addiction (again both are terrible nonetheless)
