Was rummaging through boxes from my high school days and came across some of my old cards.
I was so happy when I bought this back in 2002.
It was definitely a nice surprise finding it after nearly 25 years.
I was so excited to open this box of spell ruler that I bought for myself as a gift for landing a new job, and I got absolutely rinsed. I've never had worse luck on a box. This can't be normal..
This was half of the deck. I have no idea what some of these were supposed to be. I also have no idea how we played with these.

With the release of Blazing Dominion today, Konami has released its 99th core booster pack.
Whether they know or not, their 100th pack, that majorly overhauls the way core Booster sets work will be number 100. Bringing back Yugi on the cover, just like the first set(s).
Now a few things of note, this only applies to America. The OCG has passed 100 a long time ago as their product line stated way earlier with more products before the TCG was even thought off. And in Europe, some of the earlier sets were not released as is, but as combination booster products in order to catch up with America.
With booster 99, this binder is full and complete. I find it a very fun thing to look through so i hope it brings joy and nostalgia to others.

Me and the wife started smacking packs to finish most of my collection of cards I always wanted as a kid or were my favorites growing up. I finished the collection about a week ago.
It's my third amplified model kit from Yu-Gi-Oh and Obelisk is my favorite so far! The kit is huge with nice details ans Obelisk is colossal! But once paint he really have the aura of an Egyptian God! And he is not that hard to paint. Because of hs sculpt, you could mostly dry brush it and get a nice result. I went further with glowing effects, but he is godlike without. The kit is not that hard to build, it's totally a must have in your collection.
Now I'm waiting for Ra and Slifer. The three gods will be so nice on my shelf!
