After 1 year and half it finally happens my biggest fear

My brother in law had these in his basement for years, we struck up conversation recently that I've been rebuilding my Xbox collection from back in the day. These are all complete as well, disc's are in excellent condition

I have some membership called "Free Xbox LIVE-account!!!!!!" on my Xbox 360 that I didn't notice before.

I did play 2 matches of Black Ops 1 online like half a year ago, one of which had a spinbotter in it. I also used Horizon to get some custom Avatar since the store is down. This supposed free subscription doesn't actually work though. But I have used valid subcriptions to play online on this console after I played BO1.

Am I in trouble or is this fine?

About a year ago I managed to snag an NXE 360 Slim, now I finally got lucky enough to find a Blades Xenon. MFR Date 2005-12-01, 20GB HDD loaded with profiles / themes / music, GPU heatsink swapped for later extended version, new thermal paste, no broken flaps and the disc drive still reads games. I’m tempted to snag NFS Most Wanted just to play on this period appropriate model.

I’m wondering how you would go about repairing these rusted springs on this Xbox 360 controller board. I’m wondering if taking vinegar and salt to it is the best play while not getting it on the board. Let me know!

may not be sought after as much as other games but still holding value imo. Cool to see someone once paid 20$ for it and I paid 40$ today. The man at the pawn shop knocked 10$ off for me so that was nice, I'm not sure if this case makes it less valuable than others but plan on playing it here shortly.

Latest addition to my console collection. It's technically my 4th 360, and this was my son's idea to do a Fallout/Nuka Cola themed build as I picked this console up cheap but with a bit of a scratched up shell. All effects done by hand by me, don't even want to think about yeh hours but pretty stoked with it. Matching controllers to come, one Nuka Cola colours, one Nuka Cola Quantum blue and Yellow.

Prey's disc is the only one that is no longer readable (got a nasty scratch on it). Even though I bought the digital version, which currently exists in my Series X, I keep the box for archival purposes.

Hello everybody and good mornings.

I am currently in a predicament, my original xbox360 (bottom one) controller does not turn on and my PC controller (top blue one) is beginning to fail. The ps4 controller had to be fixed once, but works good right now.

I already have asked in my country/city communities about places where i could go fixed them, so here i am searching for an alternative.

Since i am doing the switch to pc gaming i thought that a as plan B i could buy a new controller that meets the following expectations:

-compatible with xbox360.

-compatible with steam in linux mint.

-xbox button configuration.

-connectable by both cabke and bluetooth

-symmetric layout.

The requirement are in order of importance and with all said i am here excited to hear your recomendations.

so I found one of my old 360 controllers and have tried searching the web to see how much i could sell it for, but the only ones I could find all had the original xbox and action buttons. I couldnt find any that had the chrome one buttons other than the d-pad. Is my controller a custom one?
