just got these 3 to add to the collection

my xbox 360 kept signing me out of xbox live any time i would play a game. so i deleated the profile off the consol like it was recommended and any time i try to redownload it this screen appears. all the details i put in are corrects so i dont know whats happening. any way to fix this?
