How do you deal with tilt from bad matches?

Hey everyone,

I’m curious how you handle the stress and frustration from clearly unbalanced games — the kind where there’s a huge gap between your team and the enemy.

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who used to smoke and have quit, but still play ranked. Did quitting change how you deal with tilt or stress in-game?

I’ll be honest — I’ve had chat restrictions before because I get impatient when I see obvious mistakes and teammates ignore pings. It’s something I’m trying to work on, but in the moment it’s hard not to react.

How do you stay calm and focused in those situations?

Any practical tips or mindset shifts that actually work?
