i stumbled upon this freebie and thought it might be a good project. this custom city row model was made for the now defunct health house. it doesn't come with a monitor, but instead has a caged galaxy tab a, running their own hh rowing app. on launch of the app, the tablet displays a frozen splash screen of "touch to crush" but flashes a pop up notification of accessory not found. it is attached to a circuit board and a cluster of wires. i suspect that the board needs some secondary power source. i was hoping for bluetooth on this one, but it's looking doubtful. wondering if anyone has had luck rowing with one of these and getting their metrics to display?
