I ordered the Smartrow and the tablet arm for my Waterrower. I installed the Smartrow on Friday and it is fantastic but when I began the process of installing the tablet arm I discovered that the Smartrow bracket attached to the risers makes it impossible for the brackets for the tablet arm to be attached. Has anyone else had this issue and is there a workaround?

I want to be able to use the EXR rowing app but that would require a bluetooth connection. I keep reading how the Com Module is unreliable and not worth the purchase. Should I go for the Smartrow despite the large price difference? Any suggestions on which I should purchase? Is Smartrow easy to use and install? Is Com Module that bad that I shouldn't even bother purchasing? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
