📝 Shelter Notes:
4/26/2026: Walked with loose leash out to runs, placed in run with sibling and both stood by gate with wagging tails. Loose leash back inside.
4/27/2026: Ms. Chloe was a move adopt this morning. When going to leash she had a wiggly body, jumped at the door, was with sibling and both stood by gate with wagging tails. Loose leash to new kennel together.
4/29/2026: Very sweet with sibling. Likes to lay on cot throughout day, uses open guillotine part to potty, plays with plushies and walks up to kennel door.
5/5/2026: Ms. Chloe is a little shy when approached and will go towards the back of kennel. Will have a wiggly body when she warms up.
5/6/2026: Very sweet with sibling. Likes to lay on cot throughout day, uses open guillotine part to potty, plays with plushies and walks up to kennel door.
5/10/2026: Pup follows sibling and both very playful and quiet.
5/12/2026: Ms. Chloe is with her sibling and when volunteer was walking a dog by they ran up to the kennel door barking, showing teeth, and growling. When sibling was close to Chloe she would run and snap as her sibling.
5/14/2026: Dog greets volunteer in front of kennel as well as sibling and if sibling walks away so does she.
5/17/2026: Very playful with sibling and greets at front door.
🚑 Medical Notes:
4/24/2026: Weighed 36.0 lbs. Vaccinated with DA2PP-V, Bordetella, and Rabies. Dewormed. HW test negative. Given Pyrantel and Advantage Multi.
5/6/2026: Loose stool and liquid stool reported. Parvo test negative. Assessment included worms/coccidia/diet/stress. Treated with Panacur and Ponazuril.
5/8/2026: Noted loose bloody stool in kennel. Puppy and sibling parvo tested negative and placed on vet eval for monitoring.
5/11/2026: No stool observed in kennel. BAR appears to have eaten since food bowl was empty.
5/13/2026: Sibling housed in same kennel as Chloe has URI. Recommended moving both to South D and placing Chloe on tech eval to monitor for URI symptoms. Start medication if develops symptoms.
5/14/2026: Pup already on GI protocol medication.
