My 2018 stock battery has died (SR5 flex fuel), is the Interstate from Costco a good candidate or should I stick to the Toyota one?

I have a 2021 Tundra 1794 in Barcelona red. I’m at a point now to where I am wanting to remove chrome. I want to start with the front end but don’t want to pay the OEM prices. I found an aftermarket grille kit on eBay. I don’t mind if color match is a hair off, but it just needs to be close enough and this kit seems to look okay. I already contacted the seller and they confirmed this, but I am just double checking here. For this grille style I will need to switch the emblem to part number 53141-71010 in order to fit the aftermarket grille. Reviews and price seem decent with the total being around $300. Will everything work properly, including TSS if I do so? Asking because the stock emblem part number in the 1794 grille is 90975-02159, but I need to use a 53141-71010 emblem to fit the aftermarket grille. I am pretty sure the actual TSS sensor itself and the mounting hardware is universal between the two emblems, but I want to make sure I am correct before buying. I attached pictures from the reviews showing the product installed. The color matching looks really close.

Considering trading my 2024 tundra trd pro for a 2024 Titan pro4x? Anyone with similar experience?
The dent concerns me a little but not much says it has one owner no accidents and a clean title
This popped up at a Honda dealership 2500km away from me and I decided to pull the trigger sight unseen.
2021 tundra trd pro in lunar rock with 130k km. And it has been well used by the previous owner as a work truck and definitely was not a mall crawler lol. Clean carfax, service history doesn't show much past 2023 however.
First issue I see is the driver side fog light doesn't work. I think it flickers on when I go over bumps. The housing is definitely loose. I'm hoping it's just loose wiring but I don't see how that would be possible? It's also missing the rear tailgate top trim piece which is kinda odd that it's just not there. There also some scratches here and there but nothing crazy.
It's an East coast truck so the hitch has some decent rust on it. The frame looks good but it definitely needs a de-salt bath and some oil spray to protect it.
Drove it home 2500km without issue. The steering however is super light, is that normal?
Did I do good considering the condition? It was $47k Canadian out the door.
2012 tundra 5.7
Anyone have this done recently and remember how much the labor costs? Two shops both quoted me at $1500 for labor which seemed on the low side (not complaining)
The parts are where the price went to shit. 2k for parts, but I can get what I need from rock auto (name brand same shit oreilly has, cloyes, melling, fel-pro) and fluids for under $600.
I’ve been looking at a 2011 Toyota Tundra CrewMax with the tow package and about 138k miles. Truck has a clean title, no accidents, and decent service history including transmission and coolant services.
Dealer is also offering a 5 year / 100k mile warranty for about $2.5k extra that covers drivetrain and gaskets.
Truck looks really clean overall and I know the 5.7 V8s have a pretty strong reputation, but I’m trying to decide if this is actually worth buying or if I should walk away.
Came from a ‘21 Lunar Rock TRD Pro (post history has it).
I’m looking for some feedback from anyone who has made the switch from a traditional block lift to a shock-based leveling setup on a 2nd Gen Tundra.
I currently have a 2021 Toyota Tundra with a 2.5" block lift, and honestly, the ride quality is starting to wear on me. I’m feeling every single bump in the road, and the "bed bounce" over highway joints is becoming a real headache.
I’m considering swapping the blocks out for a set of Bilstein 5100s all around to hopefully smooth things out. For those who have done this:
Ride Quality: How much of a difference did you notice in daily driving? Did it help settle the rear end/bed bounce?
Height: If you’re running the 5100s on the middle setting, how does the stiffness compare to the factory ride?
Installation: Did you stick with the OEM springs or upgrade those as well while you were in there?
I'm mainly looking to keep the height I have but regain some actual suspension travel and comfort. I just got a set of Toyo AT3 EVs and it improved a bit but still a bumpy ride. Any insight or alternative suggestions (like the 6112s) would be appreciated. I just purchased this truck with 50k miles and the previous owner installed the block lift. Truck will only be used as a daily driver and fire roads.
8/23 build date on my 3rd generation Tundra with 38K miles. Leveled on 35s. Limited 4x4, TRD pkg, JBL, pano roof, tow package, love the truck. However, it’s part of the V35 engine recall. With the new delay where the remedy is not expected to be announced until July or August I’m thinking I’m likely not getting a new engine until late this year maybe even early 2027.
I know, statistically I’m likely ok driving it, but my wife is not cool with taking chances at all…so I’m driving a 2WD sr5 loaner while my truck sits in the driveway. Happy wife happy life….
So I’m debating getting rid of the Tundra and am looking at the following options. Each seems to have their own challenges though and I’m wondering if I should swap now or ride it out until I get the new engine.
2023 or newer F-150 5.0 V8 or 3.5L V6 Lariat- worry is the 10 speed transmission crapping out. I’d probably put some King shocks / slightly lift it and run 35s.
2026 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss LT- can get for low $50K + tax brand new now. Get an AFM delete obd tunder to mitigate lifter issues but is that detectable and will it void the warranty? Will I need to swap shocks out because the ride will be too harsh? Plus I’d be running 33s stock on it since buying new leaves no budget for mods.
2nd generation Tundra- I’d buy a 2015-2021 with 60-80K miles but they’re selling in the high 30k to low 40K range- for less features, older tech and a thirsty V8 and the prior owner may have beat on it..
What would ya’ll do?

I recently acquired a 2015 tundra sr5 TRD off road with only 29,000 miles on it. I changed out differential and transfer case fluids just due to its age not mileage. I found this on the rear differential plug magnet. I’ve seen bearing failure before and it is usually little metal flakes like glitter. These look like remnants from initial machining during manufacture. Anyone else ever seen this? I’m gonna drive some and re-check. Hopefully if it is machining remnants metal would not be hard enough to damage gears/bearings if it had passed through any of them
The Tundra was the logical choice as a Tacoma was too small for my kids. No regrets, I love this thing.
realistically what mpg are you guys getting on your tundras? Whether stock or upgraded wheels/tires, I’m interested in buying one so kinda trying to get an idea of how much of a hit i’ll take on gas.
Gonna be doing some light off-roading, logging roads mainly and a decent amount of commuting.
What is a good tire size I should go for, and is it worth doing a lift?
TIA
