Wow - tzatziki is so good, but light and tasty!

When I buy the MPBCs on the west coast they're "normal" size. But when I go to a certain area east of the Mississippi I encounter these "squished" ones.

Suggestions for TJs Care Package with “Sensational” Foods (Sour, Spicy, Fun Textured, Aromatic, etc.)?
My FIL recently lost his sense of taste as a side effect of a terminal disease. He’s been having a tough time with this and I’ve been putting together care packages of “sensational” foods (sour, spicy, acidic, aromatic, interesting textures) to try to give him some kinds of foods to look forward to.
They don’t have Trader Joe’s where they live so was going to see what TJ’s had to offer that could be fun! So far, we have:
- the spicy tempura seaweed
- super sour Scandinavian swimmers
- the sour mushroom candies.
Must be non-perishable suggestions as perishable won’t be able to last through the trip unfortunately!

Tonight’s Haul: spicy seaweed snack, jerk style plantain chip, ghost pepper potato chips, Earl Grey brookie, Panama rum, OG aged goat cheese, and coconut cashew candy clusters!
A couple of new, a couple of old. From left to right, spicy seaweed snack -10/10, love the fishy, crunchy, salty deliciousness that it is.
jerk style plantain chips- 10/10, can never go wrong with a jerk style anything, especially plantain chips.
Earl grey brookie -9/10, just the right amount of sweetness and delicate flavoring of Earl Grey.
ghost pepper potato chips - 8/10, tastes more of barbecue than really much of the ghost pepper.
Panama rum - undecided
coconut cashew candy clusters - 100/10, very sweet, caramely, crunchy, and decadent all around. Highly recommend
OG aged goat cheese - 1000/10, this is very close in taste to me of my all time favorite cheeses: Cypress Grove midnight Moon.

Letdown: Pink and White Cookies IMPROVED: Way More Choc. Chip Cookies
Bought the pink and whites. Meh.
The Way More Chocolate Chip Cookies used to be amazing! Soft, shortbread like. Then they turned icky. Now, they're improved! Not as good as they were a few years ago but still very strong and better than they were last year.
