Im 10 days into learning how to tattoo and this took me 2 and half ours to do, do you guys have any advice on what should i learn and improve?

Is this apprenticeship worth it ?
I recently interviewed (met the owner, great vibes) for an apprenticeship. I would love some advice on the details as I don’t know too much about what is appropriate or not.
I look at the contract tomorrow but wanted some insight before I go, I really appreciate it!
Details:
-400 a month (can pay 100 a week)
-price goes up every 4 months (400 for 4 months, 500 for 4 months, 600 for 4 months, 800 - when you get certification) for rent
-IPad and tattoo machine given with apprenticeship (to keep) along with chair, arm rest, tattoo table
- Emphasis on real skin asap, fake skin for a little (other apprentices who are 3-4 months in are doing real skin) (I also know this depends on how much I’m there)

What do you do about people who book and then ghost?
Serious question for working artists — how do you handle no-shows and last-minute cancellations?
I got to the point where I was losing money every week. Not from bad tattoos — from people who just wouldn't show up. Started using a booking system with auto deposits and it basically solved the problem overnight.
What's your cancellation/no-show situation looking like?

Could my Fiance make a good career in tattooing?
my fiance just picked up sketching and she seems to have a crazy natural talent in my opinion, shes looking for a career change and im poking and proding at the idea of getting into tattooing. attatched is one of her sketches, besides being a good artist what other skills are required?

Question: Should I show up to this appointment? / pregunta: Debo ir a esta cita?
Scheduled with this artist after we tried for a different city and his books filled up. Feeling frustrated that I haven’t gotten a response or confirmation. He is moderately insta famous and has posted multiple times that he’s got tons of messages and trying to get through them all but would I not get some priority as someone who he’s actually scheduling with..? Not sure. Any and all input welcome !!

Gone through about 8 sessions. Didn’t really start to see a fade until about session 4-5. The last session I had about 5 weeks ago did the most removal but now I have the white hyperpigmentation. Should I stop session for awhile and see what happens? The original tattoo was a fine line name.
