We made a music video for ME/CFS Awareness 💙
It’s Intl ME/CFS Awareness Day! 💙
This May, help us spread the word about millions of people who are missing from the world because of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigie Syndrome.
We’re stuck in bed but it’s no vacation. 🛌
Our bodies stopped making energy for things like moving or sitting up or digesting food. 🪫
We can’t tolerate sounds or lights or much of anything really 🫣
And what’s worst of all is there’s no approved treatments and most doctors just brush us off 😔
To help raise awareness, I wrote and edited this Bruno Mars Billionaire parody called “Out of This Bed.” Dougie graciously recorded it for us. And 31 people sent in photos and videos to bring it to life! 🥰
HUGE thank you to all the CFS warriors who helped us. You’re amazing and we’re so proud of what we made together 🙏
Editing this video made me realize that even though we have our own challenges, together we can do great things.
Everyone in this video is tagged and it continues in the comments! 🙌🏻

Any signs of you're pushing a little too hard and need to slow down
For me, I get bad headache and tiredness when I pushed a little harder than I should.
Do you know when you need to slow down?
What were you told you were too young to have but ended up getting diagnosed with?
