I mean he was the best part of the series "Warrior"

I understand that Wei Shen is Chinese, and Simu Liu is Chinese-Canadian, while Andrew Koji is Japanese-British. So casting decisions based on ethnicity, accent, and cultural fit can make sense, but he was the best part of Warrior, his fighting style and screen presence feel a lot closer to Wei Shen.

I also feel like Simu Liu is a bit too short for how I imagined the character and doesn’t fully match the physical presence.

I got into a fight with the HKPE and wound up having a gun fight in the middle of the street in broad daylight. Suddenly out of no where a police car ran over several cops and started doing donuts around me.

The whole time they’re randomly yelling for me to stop running while they are running over fellow police officers, they killed more than me! I’d LOVE to see this report!

The story and character development of this game is incredible, at times it feels less like a video game and more like a real life movie. The struggle Wei faces as he delves deeper undercover, his emotions as he struggles to maintain his identity as a cop pretending to be a gangster is raw and makes you feel like you are him

Sleeping dog manages to endear many of the other gang members to you at times, and at certain moments I genuinely loved them. The transformation from the beginning of the game from seeing them as Triad members changing over time to beloved friends and family is a powerful and emotional journey.

While I won’t claim Sleeping Dogs is the best written story or greatest game Zac from the first time I played it I was stunned by the level of depth, detail and raw emotion they managed to convey in this game. Even after all this time the games stands out and I have played only a handful of games that could rival it
