Just found out RJA and Senses Fail played yesterday and I DIDN'T KNOW!
There is no info!
I been googling since January if RJA is coming to Singapore and Google only shows them playing in Phillipines and indonesia!
I am Soooo sooooo frustrated that there is no way to find out if a band I like is coming to Singapore!
I really really hate this!
Looking for people’s opinion on difficulty of finding and forming a band in Singapore to jam or perform.
I am in a band now, but honestly not the most aligned band in terms of individual’s music interest and taste.
So I wanted to start this post to see people’s experience in finding a bandmate in Singapore, as the information seems to be very scattered across many different social platforms.

Relatively new to Singapore and definitely new to the music scene here, lived in Hong Kong for a long time and went to underground music venues / festivals shows there before, not sure if there are similar here? What is the scene here like?
Anything from indie rock to hip hop but more up and coming / smaller artists would be cool.

I usually mix 90s jungle, uk dubstep, ukg and 2-step. But, I love mixing other genres as well such as soul, disco, dub and lovers rock. I have done it with friends before and had such a crazy good time haha. Would love to meet new people who have done b2bs themselves and just have fun.
Edit: Doesn't matter if you're a pro. As long as you can do basic mixing
