Standing throw help.

I believe I am releasing the shot with to high of a trajectory, is this because of my high neck placement? Any other tips are appreciated. I dont remember how to glide. Otherwise I would do that. I have a small meet this Saturday just to learn, set a baseline and whatever but I'd at least like to have a decent showing.

Begginer Shuffle vs Glide

So i started a month ago. At first i did 7.75m power stance and 9m glide. I improved to 9.70 power stance in 2 weeks but my glide stayed behind and is the same as standing throw, for like next 2 weeks i didnt add anything to the distance but i did shuffle throw today and it was 10 meters should i do more shuffle right now or still try to improve the glide.
