BTS tickets

So, has anyone else received this response from seatgeek? They are pretty much telling me that since my tickets weren’t transferred to me, they are safe. I feel like they were not understanding the Ticketmaster cancellation issue at all. I said it doesn’t matter if they weren’t transferred, if that seller violated tm terms and conditions, tickets were cancelled. They pretty much give the run around saying vague responses that the seller has told them. I said I need a straightforward answer if my tickets were cancelled or not. I’m not getting one.

Where are my tickets

I have a concert in less than 12 and don’t have my tickets. I was on hold with customer service for over an hour last night and they just immediately told me that the seller said they’re working on it and prioritize my order which felt like bs. They talked to the seller at 10pm? What can I even do about this, because I have to travel for the concert

Refund Help

I bought two tickets to a show a couple of hours before it started. Never received the tickets. Seems reasonable to receive a refund for something that was never received. It’s been almost a full week and I keep hearing that they are looking into it to find the best possible solution. Anyone have a similar experience? And anyone have timeframe?

Didn’t receive mobile transfer

I’m seeing Bruno mars tomorrow and haven’t received my tickets yet. Ive received emails from SG saying they’ve been transferred to me already but I’ve looked all over my email and haven’t received them. Should I be worried or wait right around the 24hr mark to see if they’ll be sent, I’m getting a little worried 😅
