I have a concert in less than 12 and don’t have my tickets. I was on hold with customer service for over an hour last night and they just immediately told me that the seller said they’re working on it and prioritize my order which felt like bs. They talked to the seller at 10pm? What can I even do about this, because I have to travel for the concert
