Should I replace the wear ring or impeller? You can see the nicks in the impeller and the color difference in the wear ring.
I lubed the wear rings on the front of the ski and this noise keeps happening it sounds like it’s coming from right at the back. Any ideas?
Hi y'all. I was wondering, how do y'all flush your jet skis without a water hose and electricity access? I've heard it's possible, but I don't know how. Could anyone tell me what exactly to buy? I have a bit of an idea, but am still quite confused.
I'd love to do so at a spot on the beach before getting the jet back up to camp, where flushing would just annoy many people. Sadly, that's how people are these years.
I'm from Slovenia, if that matters, market wise. Amazon.de
Thank you in advance!
I am in the market for a spark and planned on buying atleast a 2017 and doing the tune and other mods to turn it into a trix. I haven’t looked at what all that cost in tales so excuse my ignorance and I’m just going to ask here. Does this 2021 trix with 135hrs seem worth it for 5500 trailer included? I know it’s start of the season so prices are higher and deals are harder to find but I don’t mind waiting and searching either. Any advice on what average price/deal prices are would be appreciated!
Possibly buying one of these skis tomorrow but need advice! Which one would you pick? Both are priced at 8k
Hey folks, I’m curious if I can just zip tie my starter solenoid holder to the battery box. My wife’s ski the holder is clipped right to the box but it appears prior owner maybe replaced with an Amazon replacement with no slots or locks. Was thinking of zip ties. It was loose last year I guess since I just noticed when I removed the battery for storage.
I just de winterized it , took it to the lake yesterday and noticed that it loses power when the throttle is at 40% and then recovers if I accelerate more , any idea where to start ?
Which would be the better choice if I'm looking for a ski, that's for family and friends fun on the sea, and then cruising calmly when I want to?
Also, unbiased, a Yamaha VX, maybe a better choice?
Thanks..
I have a 2003 seadoo gtx sc limited that needs the head gasket replaced. I am at the point where I need to remove the timing chain and the gear. I am wondering if I can just take the bolts off and it will be OK or do I have to worry about messing up the timing?
If you have the speaker option for your spark you can 3D print a bracket that allows you to install any portable speaker that has a handle
The print allows for Velcro straps to run through and loop through any speaker
The file cost $6 and can be printed on a bambu p1s or larger
Saved myself over $600
Here is the link to the file for purchase
Link for the speaker that is recommended
Found green liquid in the bottom of my jet ski hull and was wondering if it was leaking coolant? It’s been sitting for a while so I’m thinking it was accumulating. Any ideas on where the leak might be or if this is very serious?
Just got a 96 GTS.
first time seadoo owner.
looking for any and all info you may have.
how do I know if its been oil deleted? what should I do before getting it on the water?
thanks
Had my engine running sweet for about 15-20 mins then had a runaway engine, gave it a quick search on the internet and the main concern was an air leak, besides this are there any other factors that can contribute to a runaway engine or any advice on what to change/fix to ensure it doesn’t happen again? TIA
Im sure this has been asked a million times but im gonna ask again. What XPS products do yall actually use for yearly cleaning/waxing?. I have a 2025 GTX230 that I got last fall i put it away "dirty"(doesnt sit in water its stays on a rack when not in use). Now that I have a spring to clean it what products from xps do ya'll actually use/suggest.
Little more info.
-Used in fresh water only
-when not in use its out of water on a rack
-when not in use over long periods will be covered.
Do yall find the wash and wax combo to be enough? Or have you found it better to do the 2 separate steps?
Also Im trying to stick with xps products just for the sheer fact its under warranty and knowing my luck if I dont use "recommended" products it would void something if say decals fail.
I have been looking at the Sea-Doo brand for a little while now. One of my major holdups is storage. We have a three car garage and the single bay is what I have room wise to work with. The opening is 8 feet wide. I believe any tandem trailers are going to be too wide to get into this garage. I really want to have two skis versus just one. Are there any other creative trailer options or anything else I am not thinking about to make this work?
SeaDoo uses 8 AWG but that doesn’t work optimally for an isolator — can’t tell the fuse size either.
Appreciate any guidance / tips?
