Bought a new pair of the V2's a few months back and I've had a recurring issue. Every 3-4 days my phone will randomly "un pair" from the V2s.

I turn them on and hear "PC Connected" but not the phone. When I look at blue tooth devices on my phone the V2's are no longer there. I pair them again and they work for another 3-4 days.

No other paired devices do this. I've tried the usual cache clearing, i did a reset and firmware upgrade on the V2s.

The only thing that may be common is it seems to happen when I switch from being on a Teams call on my laptop and try make a call on my phone. But that's just a guess, definitely no consistency.

Any thoughts, tips or ideas please?

Hi everyone! we are having a problem with every X72 and X52 deployed at our company. When we try to use a computer (doesn't matter if it's a desktop or a laptop) with the screen sharing option, the input lag is crazy. At first my guess was it needed to be in the same 60Hz since the devices won't go any higher than 1080p60hz or 4k30Hz, so we tried lowering the resolution by changing the HDMI version to 1.4 on our TVs so everything was running at 1080p60Hz.

This change solved 90% of that input lag, but we are still receiving complaints over this. Has anyone faced this kind of problem? I know using the computer through screen sharing is not ideal, but it's the only option we have so far. Thanks!

I am prestaging a Poly X52 and TC10 for one of our customers.

When the device is connected to the network, it ends up in a boot cycle and I don't know how to get any further.

I have tried to factory reset, but that doesn't seem to do anything either.

Please advise what to do.

I have a couple of Poly G62s that were scoped out for use in a few of my rooms with ultra wide displays. Didn't discover until after everything was installed that they did not support 21:9 natively. I've been hoping that VideoOS 5 allows them to support more aspect ratios (I have a bunch of Neat devices and apparently, they are able to support ultra wide). Does anyone know if the G62 can do that now? Their documentation is pretty crappy and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone that can answer at HP.
