Bought a new pair of the V2's a few months back and I've had a recurring issue. Every 3-4 days my phone will randomly "un pair" from the V2s.

I turn them on and hear "PC Connected" but not the phone. When I look at blue tooth devices on my phone the V2's are no longer there. I pair them again and they work for another 3-4 days.

No other paired devices do this. I've tried the usual cache clearing, i did a reset and firmware upgrade on the V2s.

The only thing that may be common is it seems to happen when I switch from being on a Teams call on my laptop and try make a call on my phone. But that's just a guess, definitely no consistency.

Any thoughts, tips or ideas please?
