Game crashing - gameapp not responding

I've been getting this problem consistently ever since a while. Here's what I've tried to fix this issue

-Uninstalling the game

-Fixing game files through steam properties

-sfc /scannow + dism cmds

-updating windows + gpu drivers (both are up to date)

-Restarting PC

My specs: Windows 11

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8665U CPU @ 1.90GHz - RAM: 31 GB

AMD Radeon Pro WX3200 Graphics - VRAM: 4 GB

I will admit my specs aren't the best and maybe a bit lower than the recommended specs for this game, but for the first 20 hours I played the game I had no problems with abt ~30-40 fps. I struggle to see how this could be a specs issue since i do have enough ram. I think it could be a corrupted file/data issue but considering how i've uninstalled the game and did what i can to fix any files I'm not really sure what the problem is. Any tips / suggestions on what I can try next?

Can anyone family share pokernight at inventory? In the Philippines I just want the tf2 weapon items and that's all I just wanna get the achievement items if anyone is willing to family share poker night I would gladly accept I don't wanna spend money on this game if I just want the items
