Suggest case for pixel 9a (India)

I have already tried a transparent silicon case which turned yellow after two weeks. I also tried a polycarbonate transparent hard case which has got lots of scratches after two weeks of use.

Please suggest me a good case. First preference is transparent. Others will also work.

Please do share amazon, flipkart or any other websites link.

My 10a is arriving today, Im switching from iPhone. Any tips?

I’ve been Android user all my life so I wanted to give try iOS and after using iOS for like 20 months I’m kinda bored of it.

Camera is decent but not too many features or customisation. Battery sucks as well so I decided to go back to my roots haha

My 10a is out for delivery and I’m so excited to use it. I ordered 256gb variant in Berry Red. If anyone here switched from iOS, I’d love to hear some tips. Thanks.

Netflix Brightness

I’ve had a 9a for a few days now (Android 16 — fully up to date, April patches afaik).

Is anyone else having this issue?? The Netflix app sets the screen brightness to an unbearable level in fullscreen — at least if you’re trying to watch in a completely dark room. However, as soon as I switch to picture-in-picture mode, the normal system brightness controls work again and I can make the screen significantly darker. (And yes, the in-app brightness slider is already set to the minimum.)

I’ve spent a few hours researching and trying different things, but none of the solutions I found helped. But I also couldn’t really find anything recent about this for Pixels during my research. I also noticed that this “brightness override” seems to be interpreted very differently depending on the device manufacturer… apparently there are also many cases where Netflix ends up being too dark instead.

Is this behaviour normal on Pixels? Do people just hope for the next update to fix it?

Would love to hear about your experiences with this. <3

Temperglass plays a major role

I have applied supcares tempered glass, which has massively increased my user experience. Before when my right thumb fingerprint would notbe recognised(most of the time) by my 9a(I have to place it 3or more times) --I have deleted and added multiple time now only found out the culprit was the old tempered glass...

Who all r waiting for stable android17;

I have been a sammy user for a long time.

Is it just me or is pixel is buggy AF compared to sammy?

Im baffled, didn't Google invent android?

Didn't sammy just modify it?

But whytf is my pixel is buggy?

Or Is it because its 9a and not 10 pro?

Few bug sample after 1 week usage

Split screen bug on lite fb for example

After you split screen then exit it

The fb lite app remains in split screen

It happens sometime not every time

After restart back to normal

Then my apps asking for biometric registration a second time???

Then some app can only face unlock on biometric

No fingerprint unlock, even though previously use finger.

Keep on spamming to link with car Bluetooth

Hotspot restart, dc, refuse device to connect

Wifi DC and refuse to connect to some wifi

The tiny little bugs are just annoying

But what really baffles me is

Pixel 23w vs sammy 25w charging

Is nonsense, the difference is too much

Way2 too much..

Pixel is more like a 10-15w maybe?

hi so i have a google pixel 9a, and i bought it in the September of 2025. a week ago, the gestures to go back (swiping left/right from the edges) and the gesture to go home (swipe up from the bottom edge) stopped working not fully, but didn't work most of the time. the other touch related controls worked fine.

i assumed it was my temper glass, so i removed it and it started working fine. i applied a new temper glass today and the problem restarted, so it's not the temper glass's issue.

i tried increasing the touch sensitivity, and it worked for a few minutes and then it started tripping again. how do i fix this problem and why is this happening?

note: it gets stuck for a bit then it works fine, then it gets stuck for a bit and repeats the cycle

pls help thank you

Bonjour,

Edit : I have a solution: I saw that this issue had also happened to other Pixel 9a owners who have the same internet provider as me (in France). I wouldn’t really know how to explain the technical details, but it’s possible that the update created some incompatibility with my internet box/router. I tried using a Wi-Fi extender (TP-Link), my phone connected to it, and I can access Wi-Fi again now. I also read that it was possible to change the WPA3 settings, but I didn’t want to take any risks.

I know pixel phones are not power user phones but my pixel 9a continues to perform well. Given all the google issues, I am pretty fortunate.

Hi all,
I’m going from a iPhone 12 mini to a Pixel 9a. I’m just tired of the ridiculous prices of Apple and the annoying keyboard of Apple. I hope I am making a good decision haha. I’ve been in the Apple ecosystem for years and years and I’m afraid I am gonna miss some Apple key features such as apple passwords and iCloud. I know you have Google Drive and I used it sometime but iCloud seems a lot faster. Maybe that is because Google Drive doesn’t work that well on an iPhone.
I’ve heard Android has an password app now too like Apple passwords..?

I’m a little nervous for the change but also can’t wait to held this beautiful device in my hands.

Is there a good app for exchanging files between a Pixel and a MacBook btw??

Ragazzi , ma secondo voi è normale: quando metto il pixel 9a sulla base ricarica wireless in auto avvia la ricarica ma dopo dieci secondi la interrompe.

Secondo voi è normale?
