Budget upgraded setup

I’m very happy with how my desk area turned out. Attached is a before and after picture. Crazy how much some paint, lighting, and cable management can improve your setup.

IKEA galant used on fb $50
LED lights $45
Fake bonsai tree $15
Desk mat $15
Headphone stand $30
Aulua f75 $70
Logitech 305 $35
Adhesive Velcro $8

Need advice for the empty space on my slat wall setup Nanoleafs or something else?

Need some advice on the empty space above my setup. I keep thinking about getting Nanoleafs for the slat wall, but I’m not fully sure what layout/design would fit best without ruining the clean aesthetic.

I’m also switching the current 27” vertical monitor to a 24” vertical soon, so the proportions should look a bit cleaner after that too.

Main thing I’ve thought about is Nanoleafs, but I’m open to any ideas or suggestions for what would look best here.

This used to be a proper lounge setup, now it’s basically turned into storage + spare parts overflow.

Still has the base though: sofa, wall-mounted TV, lighting, big desk, plus a stack of old consoles and monitors.

Plan is to fully reset it into a clean gaming/work space (2–3 monitor setup), while keeping all the storage functional (including the chaos).

Got a couple before pics, will post the transformation once it’s done. Maybe a full day sprint for 2 days starting from this weekend.

Throw me some cool ideas and suggestions fellas.

The Lair

Recently moved out but this was my favorite setup I’ve had yet.

Redid my set up a little bit after work today. Pretty happy with the end result.
