The past few months my ring has said I ovulate between days 16-18. This month it was predicted at day 17 which I thought was correct because of that rise, but now I have had two days in a row of very low temps. Does anyone know what that could mean? Now the estimated date is tomorrow which would be day 21. I did have an iud removed in December but the estimated ovulation date has been fairly consistent for January-last month, then this month seems very odd.

Today my temp was +1.2 and I don’t have any symptom checker warnings. I think I probably ovulated when the ring was dead (death of a family member happened and charging the ring was the last thing on my mind). I’d never gotten that kind of readiness explanation before? Idk. Period is due the 22-26.

Any insight would be welcomed and appreciated 😊

My temps from my Oura + Natural Cycles — curious if the dip could have been implantation. Yesterday, my resting average heart rate was +20 beats, my HRV dropped from 41 to 29 in two days, and I didn’t even sleep last night.

My temperature usually rises around ovulation. This month it has stayed low and still hasn’t risen. I am now on DAY 30 !!!

Please share some insights on my chart. I’m kind of spiraling but another part is saying take off your ring. I took off my ring. I had my trigger on last Thursday and iui on Friday. What does that dip mean?

Worrying here as I’ve been ttc 14 years and this is my first transfer. Not asking for medical advice obviously just has anyone else had a chart like this after transfer with success or should I just remove my ring? (I did remove it for a few days as you can see)

I’m super nauseous today, but I have PCOS… Forgot my ring on the charger on 04-14, so super anxious.

Oura and Fertility friend both say ovulation the 8th. I got a positive LH strip the night of the 7th. Am I 10 or 9 dp o?

Does this look like an anovulatory cycle??

Hello I’m new to cycling tracking with my oura ring since I was on birth control and not getting a cycle at all.

I’ve had only one period since December 2025. And now my temperature “trends” have finally started looking like this. But the daily temps look different. I don’t want up the same time each day, can this affect my daily temps?
