My temps from my Oura + Natural Cycles — curious if the dip could have been implantation. Yesterday, my resting average heart rate was +20 beats, my HRV dropped from 41 to 29 in two days, and I didn’t even sleep last night.

These are my bbt for this cycle. My bbt was +0.5 on 04/14/26, +0.1 on 04/15/26, -0.2 on 04/16/26, and +0.4 04/17/26 (today). Has anyone ever seen a dip below baseline before? Curious if it could be an implementation dip.

According to Oura, I ovulated on March 8.
