is making a bunch of taco meat and then having it for the week to make nachos, salads, dips, and tacos😍🤤 so clutch!

Dinner was absolutely scrumptious this evening! Yum!

Random craving from the other day! But they were delicious!

Cheese is Mexican blend and pepper jack, Pulled pork topped with caramalized onions, avocado, and sour cream.

• Base: Corn tortilla chips.
• Protein: Seasoned ground beef (chili)
• Toppings: Melted mozzarella & cheddar cheese, pickled jalapeños, & a layer of chilli beans underneath the cheese.
