Busch Stadium 1982 and 2000 (Murph075)

I built 2 versions of Busch Stadium 2. I had to delete most of the exterior and city from the 1982 version to complete the 2000 version.

Pitcher Friendly Stadium - Playing to my strengths a new strategy

If your tired of playing in Coors Field and Baby Parks, I have built a stadium that is big for pitchers advantage. Measuring 360 down the right line and 370 down the left with 415 dead Center and a moderately high wall, Home runs here are not easy to come by. Add on the fact that this beauty is located in Charleston South Carolina and only 1 ft above sea level, Balls have to be mashed to travel out.

I am not someone who likes Coors Field or baby parks. I've noticed that I have a speedy defensive and contact heavy lineup. I've noticed in the pregame graphics that my team generally has a higher batting average then my opponents (around .365) my home rate is only 1 per 18.5 at bats much lower than my opponents. Btw as of writing and in weekend classic I am in the 800-899 rating division as my highest this season was World Series 827. I also generally have a lower era (around 3.35 as a team) than my opponents so I decided to build a stadium that fits my team and me as a player. (Add that my three outfielders all have 99 speed, 99 throw power and 90+ reactions) And I absolutely dominate in this stadium. Three days in and I am 7-0 in this stadium in ranked play including 1 game so far in weekend classic. Have given up a combined 15 runs in 7 games at this stadium with three shutouts and only 2 homeruns allowed. Some people may hate or call it cheese but I think playing in a baby stadium with 300 feet at each foul pole, 1 ft walls, and 1 mile elevation are cheese.

Let me know your thoughts, the stadium is esthetically pleasing especially at night with a dark pine forest surrounding. If your tired of mis-hit and late swing popups creeping over the wall and want to make people earn their runs this could be the stadium for you. Not to mention a perfectly placed gap shot and triples are a part of the game again, 99 speed might even get all the way around.

It is Called Buc stadium and can be found in the vault. Give it a try and give me your thoughts. Interested to know what people think about playing online in a stadium like this.

*** Search Buc Stadium in the Vault - Recent Uploads, it is stadium with 1036 person capacity and 1 ft elevation. My first draft is also there but did not have enough trees or visible scoreboard.

I’ve been toying with the idea of a home run line

I think I’ve nearly perfected getting a line that’s virtually on top of the wall. Takes some time to do right but I really enjoy the look.

Wish I had more creativity in the stands though — that’s something a lot of you are very good at! I admittedly try and take ideas from the community and work them into my builds.

Wide World of Sports

Wide World of Sports

This stadium is a real stadium located at ESPN Wide World of Sports on Walt Disney World property.

The stadium used to be the Grapefruit League home of the Atlanta Braves and played host to a handful of spring training games of the Tampa Bay Rays.

The stadium also played host to the minor league Orlando Rays for a few years as well.

The World Baseball Classic actually had some first round games here in 2006.

I made two versions, a non-competitive real dimensions version and a competitive, non-exact dimensions version.

On the real NC version the dimensions are 335' Left, 400' Center, Center Right at 348', 335' Right.

I couldn't make it exact due to memory issues, but it's close!

Rheingold Field

Rheingold Field -Zzzboy
Old school stadium made for the online gamers who are tired of playing in those max elevation stadiums with short fences! The altitude is a low 311 ft with outfield dimensions of 365 down the left field line, 425 in the gaps, 413 in dead center and 360 down the right field line! Perfect stadium for triples and doubles!

I wanted to combine some elements of old Comiskey and Tiger Stadium, which are two old parks that always fascinated me

Show Mountains Yard-minors 26

Mountain background stadium for minor leagues. Always trying to solve the awkward corner issues at each foul line. Felt like I was successful at keeping the back ground in the outfield interesting without being cluttered. I have played it a few times and like the “feel” of the park. In the vault.

War Memorial Stadium (requested by u/old_low7218)

I love The Natural, and I remember someone made this park in 22. I wanted to try to make it myself, with focus on the inside of the park. I was able to get the poles by using a classic roof backwards. I also included a Bump Bailey statue against the right field wall as a reference to the movie. Glad I tried to do this, it was a lot of fun and it was cool rewatching The Natural to get more angles of the stadium. One thing I noticed some recreations forget is the press box, so I made sure to have that in the build. It was a lot of fun.
