I've been working as a VA at Saiber and I just wanted to share a bit about my experience.
One thing I genuinely appreciate is the work environment. It's very supportive and structured, which make work easier. There's guidance, and you're not just left figuring things out on your own. However, you have to be very responsible and accountable, too. The team culture is also something I value. Everyone is approachable, and there's a sense of professionalism while still being respectful and understanding. It makes everything manageable. It was the best decision that I chose SaiberAssist. I'm grateful to be part of an environment that encourages learning and growth (professionally and personally).
