Hi everyone, I’m a 21F who recently joined at the campus in Kharadi, Pune. I don’t know anyone here yet, and I’m pretty introverted, so it’s been a bit hard adjusting. Most days it’s just office → home, and I really want to change that and actually make some friends here. I’d love to find people to: grab coffee or lunch with during/after work explore places around Kharadi/Pune just chill and talk about random stuff But I genuinely don’t know how to approach people without feeling awkward 😭 If anyone here works at EON IT Park or around Kharadi: How did you make friends when you were new? Are there any chill spots nearby where people hang out? Any groups, clubs, or events around here that are beginner/introvert-friendly? I got offer of employment
I am a Bsc(physics /mathematics) 2026 graduating student and i went through all the assessments (it was on campus drive) then after months I got this email now but the problem is I got selected in both LTM and COGNIZANT (got LOI ) . Now Idk what should I do...I want to be in data industry (analyst/engineering) anyone have any idea which is better?
If anyone already working in LTM please can I DM you?
Final Update: The wait is over, but not with the result I hoped for (LTIMindtree CIS Rejection)
Hey everyone, just wanted to give a final update to my previous post. After waiting for exactly one month since my technical interview on April 7th, I finally received the 'Candidature Status' mail today, May 5th, at 10:17 PM.
It’s a rejection.
Honestly, I’m more hurt by the timing than the result itself. If they had to reject me, they could have done it within a week. Keeping me in limbo for 30 days created this false hope that made it so hard for me to focus on other opportunities. I was constantly checking my phone, refreshing my mail, and staying in groups just for this one update.
To those who are still waiting or in a similar boat: please don't repeat my mistake. Don't put your life on hold for one company. Treat it as a 'no' until you see an offer letter, and keep applying elsewhere.
It’s a tough pill to swallow, but I guess it’s time to move on and start the job hunt all over again from tomorrow. Good luck to everyone else who is still in the process. I hope your results are better than mine.
LTIMindtree GET onboarding for 2026 batch (vit students)

I’m from the 2026 batch and got selected for LTIMindtree (GET role). I’ve been hearing a lot about onboarding delays lately, but also heard that VIT students sometimes get onboarded earlier (around June/July?).
Can anyone who recently joined or has info share how it actually works? Is there really any preference or is it random?

LTM HR round completed — how long for Offer Letter?

Hi everyone,
I attended the LTM 2024/2025 batch recruitment process. I already cleared the assessment and interview rounds, and my HR round was completed on 5 May.
During HR, they discussed relocation and location preference, and I also received earlier shortlisting mails from the university hiring team.
I wanted to know:
How long does LTM usually take to release the Offer Letter after HR round?
Does discussing relocation/location mean positive chances?
Has anyone from recent batches received OL after HR?
I am planning to resign and i want my company to release me as early as possible. I am on the bench. Is it possible to get out early. If possible then
what should i do? Submit emergency medical report for early release or any other way?
