**### 🧟 The Campaign**

This is a **D&Z: Post-Apocalyptic RPG** campaign focused on the immediate, heart-pounding reality of a zombie outbreak. We’re aiming for a long-term story where the world is dangerous, but the focus is on the action and the tough choices your group makes in the heat of the moment. We are aiming for a "Slightly Realistic" feel—think Zombieland or Left 4 Dead. It’s about the tension, the close calls, and the satisfaction of clearing out a nest.

**Tone:** "Slightly Realistic"—meaning we care about ammo and health, but we aren't going to spend three hours calculating the weight of your socks. We want the tension of **The Walking Dead** without the homework.

**The Goal:** Travel, scavenge, and survive. The world is open, and where you go is up to the group.

**Schedule:** Thursdays (Weekly/Bi-weekly, time TBD by player schedules).

**### ⚔️ What I’m Looking For**

**Team Players:** This is a group game. Lone wolves usually end up as zombie snacks.(or at least be a compelling loner).

**Survival Priority:** If you found a working car and a crate of food, but could only keep one, which would it be?

**Reliability:** Since this is a long-term project, I’m looking for players who can make Thursday sessions a regular habit.

**Story-First:** You don’t need to be a professional actor, but be ready to make decisions as your character would!

*Description of the Chronicle:* A long running pbp community that offers the chance to play, explore, and build your character's story. This is NOT a "Sandbox" style server. It is a fully moderated, ongoing, narrative game. LGBTQ+ friendly, we take pride in offering our players a safe, and accepting place to play. **NOTE**: This is a very street level server.

*Homebrew Used:* Minimal and mostly to balance the various splats for combined play, iron out mechanics issues, and provide consistent rules across splats.

Set in current day on the sunny coast of California. This server offers the chance to play, explore, and build your character's story.

* **Players must be 21+, and have WoD experience with the splat they are wanting to play**

* Plot is available, or players can pursue their own stories through pc/npc interactions with ST approval/guidance.

* Character creation guidelines, house rules and mechanics are all outlined on the server.

* Vampire playable sects include Camarilla, Anarch, Giovanni, and Ghouls. Some bloodlines with ST approval.

* Mage is Traditions and Disparate. No Bata'a or Templar.

* Changeling is basic Kiths and Kinain. Some Gallain with ST approval. No Redcaps

* Changing Breeds. Hengeyokai based **No Nation Garou**

* Mortal concepts are allowed

system: Gurps 4e+a homebrew ship to ship combat system
how will we play: mainly through discord with dice bots and GCS for character tracking the combat system doesn’t really need tokens and a battle map to function but I will probably throw together a owlbear ship combat map just for ease but ground combat will be all theatre of the mind and more cinematic if it ever comes up
Time and day: Sundays at 1pmEST ending at 5pmEST
Whom should apply: people that know how to use gcs well enough to add all the homebrew items im making for the game into their character sheets not to mention homebrew races aswell
Era/Universe: a alternate universe trek where the ferengi are hyper socialist and federation is known as the Democratic Republic Union of Stars(DRUS) and is not a utopian hyper socialist faction but more like the modern US economy is on paper with a large military and want for resources and land that necessitates wars or proxy wars with other factions such as the Klingon Republic, the Romulan-Reman-Garizian Alliance, the Holy Cardassian Empire, the Breen Confederation, Kzinti Matriarchy, The First Union, Alliance of Independent systems, Tholian Piety, and so on I’ll prolly make a map in paint of all the factions in the alpha and beta octants but that’s not where this takes place entirely

The story: you’re a crew aboard a DRUS Exploratative warship first of her class with a brand new transwarp drive capable of reaching places in hours that took days and days that took weeks the first test involves a precision strike against a Holy Cardassian Empire star base should be easy enough minimal protection is there but once it’s been disabled or destroyed you gun it to the next objective, but rumors are floating around of a test of a device that could with the transwarp drive make you reach past your enemies and allies to places untouched like the gamma, delta, omega quads

this game is supposed to be reminiscent of the AU in Strange new worlds with the AU Kirk

Addendum:ive decided why do all that work for the personnel side when prime directive exists lol so i will be using prime directive for most of the equipment besides adding some things here and there aswell as adding some new species for this AU but we'd be using the revised edition corebook for species that already exist and personal equipment but space combat is basically non-existent in prime directive so that all will still be homebrew, oh and we're using roll20 now 😄

The world’s setting is very studio ghibli inspired. It has urban fantasy meets high fantasy vibes.
