I think hitting Vain Shrouds (and maybe Cadavers) with a shovel should remove them

think about it, what's a shovel used for? removing plants, it just makes sense in my opinion, and it'd be a pretty good counterplay

How The OG Crew died (by what i think is more appropriate)

Richard - Boss of the Crew - He wore the Pajama Suit - Died to a Bracken

Jess - Employee - She would wear the Hazmat Suit - I personally believe she died due to a ManEater, she couldn't keep having attention to her, leading for it to transform and eventually kill her

Desmond - Part-time/Technician of the Crew - He wore the Purple Suit - Stayed most of the time on the Ship - I believe he died to The Company,in attempt to end it all

Sigurd - Intern (Later upgraded to Manager after Richard's passing) - he wore the Classic Orange Suit - I believe he went insane and couldn't bare the weight tossed on him by The Company, eventually he would die by The Ghost Girl

Lucas - Intern - He wore the Green Suit - Probably died to a Butler,he was always scared and fragile, one day he got lost and was left alone, encountered a Butler on his way to find the Main Entrance/ Emergency Exit and died alone

Don’t give these guys a driving license

They didn’t even turn the magnet on before we left even though I told them to🤦‍♂️

I’m surprised they drove that far…

I cannot express my utter hatred and distaste for the kidnapper fox in a human way.

Quota 12. Quota 12 on a run with friends, first time we've got this far. This little shit spawns these vain shrouds, only one or two at first, first time encountering it, so we think to use weed killer, right? WRONG! we left a single vain shroud which was inside a rock, allowing literally hundreds to spawn on TITAN, right next to the ship.
Run was completely cooked, had thousands of scrap in storage but it didn't matter because this DAMN fox is damn near unkillable and these vain shrouds are such a moneysink that it's impossible to deal with them

Crazy Robot

Pulled the apparatus on Experimentation and the robot activated. It jetted to the pipe and then walked all the way from the facility to past my ship. Easiest walk back to the ship.

Training Manual scanner page, what does yellow mean?

so in the training manual it shows a page of how the scanner wroks. saying:

Green: Object/Place of intrest.

Yellow: Object that can be returned to the company as valuable scrap.

Red: Wild Life

so uhhh..... does this mean the company doesnt know we give them engines? or is this something in the lore? or is this just a thing zeekers forgot. since i cant find any posts about it.

Every Quality Of Life Change That I Think Should Be In Lethal Company.

First of all, I’m a completionist. I love games with achievements, and I think they absolutely should be included here. Simple challenges like dying to a specific enemy, flying 500 meters with the jetpack, or carrying over 200 lbs would add a lot of replayability in my opinion.

Next, a “save ship interior” feature would be a huge quality-of-life improvement. Being able to save the placement of equipment inside your ship would prevent having to rearrange everything every time. It gets tedious moving the same items back into your preferred layout over and over again.

Another thing is difficulty settings. I feel like the game would benefit from multiple options. A hard mode could increase item weight, reduce health, and shorten the timer, while an easy mode could do the opposite. Lighter items, more health, and more time. This would make the game more accessible and enjoyable for different types of players.

I also think that loot stored inside your ship shouldn’t disappear upon death. It doesn’t really make sense that all the scrap you’ve already secured is lost. Keeping ship loot would allow for longer runs and make higher quotas feel more achievable, leading to more engaging gameplay overall.

Finally, a story mode would be a great addition, assuming it isn’t already planned. A system where the game saves progress after each completed quota would make a lot of sense. For example, you could have 30–100 quotas acting like levels. Each time you complete one, you could return to it later with the equipment you’ve purchased. It would essentially function as a structured progression system while still keeping the core gameplay intact.

Overall, these changes would take Lethal Company from a great game to an amazing one.

What’s the most funniest moment you’ve had

My top 2:

1#

me and three other friends were on Artifice. One friend was an expert on using the Company Cruiser jump strat on Artifice (I.e. parking the cruiser at fire exit, stacking scrap on it, then rocket jumping the cruiser back to the ship to avoid the dangers in middle). So it was towards the end of the day at evening, our two other friends were dead so it was just me and him left alive. We got all the remaining scrap onto the Cruiser and hopped with him driving (cuz obviously he’s an expert with the strat) and me in the passenger seat. After that he got the Cruiser into position getting ready to blast off back to the ship. Right before we blasted off, he said out loud with confidence “this time, I got this”, and we blasted off headed right for the ship, and right as we perfectly landed at the ship, we exploded cuz someone forgot to leave the magnet on🤣🤣, it had all of us in tears in spectate😭😂.

(Incase you’re confused or curious, the strat requires the magnet to be left on at all times so that the Cruiser can perfectly stick a safe landing as it flies to the ship, if not the the Cruiser will just explode on impact)

2# by far, the most chaotic and funniest I ever had

me and three other of the bros were on Embrion (don’t ask why, despite it being a hellish moon, someone wanted to go just for laughs and gags). It was again towards the end of the day at evening and you can already imagine what unfolded given the amount of Old Birds being activated at this time. One friend died to the Old Birds while trying to get back to the ship, I died earlier in the facility to a trap, so it was just two others left alive. But astonishingly, one of them managed to make it to the ship alive by driving the Cruiser in the middle of the Old Birds, but as soon as he went to turn on the magnet to reattach the Cruiser to the ship, he got bashed in the face and died by the Cruiser’s wheel 🤣🤣.

And it didn’t end there, so one guy was left alive in the ship and he was just roaming around daydreaming as he’s starring out into the chaos of Old Birds while me and the rest of the bros were yelling in spectate for him to call the ship XD. One rocket from one of the numerous Old Birds manage to hit him dealing critical damage right at the entrance to the ship which finally gave him the cue to call the ship and leave. And RIGHT AS the ship departed like 50ft from the ground and when we thought he was finally out of danger, one of the Old Birds rocket manage to fly directly into the ship and it killed him instantly😂😂🤣🤣. Oh my that really had us all laughing our butts off. I mean what were the odds, right?
