I got this vinyl and noticed mine was a little warped. When I played it and listened to dreamer it changes pitch around “little cloud” and I cross referenced it with the live recording online which doesn’t have that pitch change. Does anyone else have that problem or is mine defective?

This was one of my most satisfying gets in RSD, last Saturday, and it was the very first record that I opened and put on my turntable.

When I sliced open the shrink-wrap, I was pleasantly surprised to see this little insert slide out along with disk 1.

When I saw the show at MSG, I was quite struck by how well designed her show was; I don’t recall ever seeing a better designed set for a concert at MSG, or any venue, really.

So it doesn’t surprise me how smart this insert design is.

If you’re not from NYC or a theater-goer, you might not recognize it, but this little booklet is designed to resemble a Playbill, the ubiquitous programs you get whenever yo attend a Broadway show. And it’s not just the cover. As you flip through it, it consistently and skillfully mimics the page, type, and layout designs of the inner pages in a typical Playbill. It’s really well done, not just because it’s attractive, but its relevance to where these shows took place displays a cultural understanding of the place and her relationship to it.

I was listening to Laufey on shuffle while cleaning and Serendipity played then she started singing about even tho the song ended and i was like wait is this the same song?? it was I’ll Forget About You (In Time). Someone listen to the end of Serendipity and queue IFAY(IT) after and tell me that was not a beautiful transition.
