So good and only less than 200 cal and so much food!

Tofu: 80 cals, air fried with soy sauce(12 cals) garlic(3 cals) and lemon juice (3 cal) as well as some spices like oregano, basil, and cumin

Zucchini: 35 cal

Air fried with spices like cumin, paprika, black pepper, some parsley, and oregano

(no oil to either zucchini or tofu)

Cuc: 8 cals

Strawberries: 30 cals
