I want to share my experience with TikTok Shop merchant Bitetoy so others can make an informed decision before purchasing from them.

I ordered a set of Hello Kitty Labubus from Bitetoy and when they arrived, the boxes were all damaged. The outer shipping box was completely intact, which means the items were packed in a damaged state and sent that way knowingly. They’re too light to “crush” each other in a cardboard box. This was not a shipping issue.

When I contacted Bitetoy to let them know (I had filmed an unboxing video in addition to photos etc), I was initially told that damaged packaging was not their responsibility and that I needed to keep the items as-is. Maybe not everyone cares about packaging, but at $40 each - these should arrive without damage. They eventually agreed to accept a return and issue a refund, but only on the condition that I list “no longer wanted” as the return reason rather than the actual reason, which was damaged items.

I complied, returned the items through TikTok’s return process with tracking, and confirmed delivery. Bitetoy then refused to issue the refund saying that they were damaged. They kept the returned items and kept the payment.

Yes, I can just do a chargeback and recover my money that way. That’s not really the point. The point is that Bitetoy knowingly sent damaged goods, manipulated the return process, and then kept the items without issuing a refund. That’s the behavior of a shady reseller, not a legitimate business.

I wouldn’t recommend buying from them and I hope this saves someone else the hassle.

We found this bunny in our driveway and she is absolutely not a wild rabbit! She's staying at our house for a few days and then a rescue is going to take her (we did try ro find her original owner and couldn't). We named her Sesame Bean of course!

i got this guy off a depop seller that had good reviews. the box came sealed and everything looks legit to me, it verified when i scanned. but the yellow sticker on top of the barcode is throwing me? thoughts?

The user is boogiebabes on Mercari. This is a very obvious fake DuoDuo and this person has the nerve to try to call mine fake LOL and THEN has the nerve to block me instead of taking responsibility for their fucked up actions. I swear everyone needs to be careful on this site, and I would appreciate if everyone can go report this listing and call them out and educate them a little because this just isn’t right or fair at all. I don’t get the behavior at all.

My brother won these from a claw machine so I couldn’t tell you where they were purchased from. Also unfortunately, I threw away the box before I could take a photo of them. But I was wondering if you guys could tell if they were real of fake from just looking at them.

She’s my new favorite! The faceplate is pretty good. I was expecting her to look off because she’s a fufu but she looks great.
