After a successful first solo show at Shinjuku LOFT and performances overseas, Moon in June returns with their first new single in nearly a year.

One year after the release of their second album, time begins to move again.

“Ever Since the Goodbye” is, as the title suggests, a story about what comes after farewell.

Sweet yet fragile floating vocals and layers of shimmering noise awaken memories hidden deep inside.

Lonely like walking alone through the rain at night — yet strangely warm and comforting at the same time.

Experience their uniquely nostalgic 90’s-inspired sound.

Next Show💃→2026.05.16(Sat.)night at Shibuya LUSH, Tokyo

My favorite early 2000's albums of J-Rock band 9mm Parabellum Bullet have vanished from Spotify. Can't listen to them anywhere other than CD now.

If you’re a fan of math rock/ toe / ling tosite sigure, don’t miss the cabs UK tour

If you’re a fan of ling tosite sigure or toe, i really recommend checking out the cabs on their UK tour.

I love all these bands, and while they all have their own unique style,
I feel like they share that same intense, emotional, math-rock energy.
If you like one, there’s a good chance you’ll find sth to love in the others too.

The tour kicks off this wednesday starting in London, and tbh they’re so good that I’m kinda surprised the shows aren’t sold out already.

The ticket price is super sweet too, only around £17.
SO DON’T MISS IT!!

Chances to see japanese bands like this in the UK don’t come around that often,
really hoping the tour sells well so they’ll come back again!

unknown song

Can anyone identify this Japanese song?

Shazam and lyric search did not find it.

Possible AI transcription, not confirmed:

二人で聴いた曲が不意に流れた

Other transcription attempts gave unstable variants like:

抱いた記憶が不意に流れた
記憶が…
疲れた…

It sounds like older J-rock / anime-guitar / metal-ish music. I’m looking for the original song title and artist.

Our new MV just dropped!! Telepathy - candle song

We’re Telepathy, a band from Japan.

This is a video made DIY-style by our manager — who is currently MASS OF THE FERMENTING DREGS’s manager and was formerly tricot’s manager. We’d love to hear your feedback.

So I was looking at the 2026 Music Awards Japan nominees and I can’t help but feel disappointed (again). My question is, do you think any vkei artist could’ve been nominated at least this year? And what can we do to improve next year’s chances?

It's a mashup between Kings Dead (by Kendrick Lamar, J Rock, James Blake and Future) and Kings Dead Freestyle (by XXXTENTACION and Joey Badass) That's probably the best remix/mashup of something I've ever done in my life, it took A LOT of work to make it, I really hope you like it.

I don’t post often online, but I felt like I had to spread the word about this good artist. I’m new to Jpop but YouTube recommended her one day and I’ve been hooked since. She has a rock sound to her but some of her songs sound like pop to me. She has a strong voice and I like the emotion she conveys when she sings. I honestly don’t know what she’s singing most of the time because I don’t know Japanese except to order food. I think it’s criminal how few listeners she has on Spotify so I’m hoping to spread the word about her. Is this the right place to do this? Let me know what you think about her. If I’m in the wrong place please direct me.
