Got this done during a trip to SK last year. Artist is Hori Jo. Biggest piece i’ve got so far and i’m considering to go for a full body suit with this artist.

Long story short, just finished up my half sleeve , originally planned on only keeping it a half on this arm but wasn’t until after i finished up when i realized that i probably should have planned for a full (yes i know i should of planned better). My issue now is do i keep it as is and just start on the full on my my other arm or should i extend it and if so what and how would you recommend i go about doing so? Additionally would it look wrong/bad if i did have my other arm done by a different artist?

Session 3: background, details on fabrics

Trying to decide between these 3 artists for a full Japanese inspired/traditional sleeve and honestly having a hard time choosing.

All 3 artists seem really strong in different ways some feel more traditional, others more modern/neo-Japanese. Would love to hear your thoughts on:

- composition/flow

- long-term readability

- overall quality/value

Follow up to my year long journey on my Tiger and Bull sleeve. Artist Seungman Kim (Meta Tattooer) Yanagi Tattoo Austin, TX

I love this sleeve. It stands for all the challenges, failures, and success in life.

Seungman Kim, is a phenomenal traditional artist and I let him design this for me. The bull is my wife and I am the tiger. I told him that its the story of my life and my wife and I are much stronger now with us getting ready to celebrate 25 years! I feel he nailed it. The bull is also a cover up from an old tattoo.

This is what i've got so far. Started with the kichijoten sleeve back in 2004 (?) done by shane tan Work is from various artists, with the honorable mention of lukas speich in luzern who did my back, filled my other sleeve and is finishing my legs (started with another artist) and hopefully the rest of the suit as well
