Why are they digging up the whole area everywhere, its difficult for walkers to walk around?

I saw the lane next to Bob’s bar it was completely blocked due to this.

Why don’t they put the poster of MLA now wherever they’re digging the roads? 🤡

I've researched a bunch of places and idk which one to pick. My friend suggested Neon Market. But, the negative comments and their netflix worthy arrogant response made me forget about it. And not to mention, they've some amount fixed for entry.

And then, Azuki or Naru is overrated/hard-to-book.

I've come down to Harima, Matsuri and Daily Sushi.

There's always someone saying something in the reviews that makes me reconsider everything I've researched upon. Daily sushi for example- many praised its pork tonkatsu ramen and then there's one saying how it's not authentic and and broth was terrible and the pork was chewy and so on. Another comment said 'Chicken katsu curry is nothing but maagi masala powder'.

It doesn't have to be a japan-to-Blr-flown-authentic-ramen amount of authenticity but, something nice, something close. We're just visiting Blr for two weeks and, the idea of wasting thousands on a mediocre food is making me step back from it altogether.

I saw other reddit posts and they again have 50 different recommendations. I understand, taste is subjective but, anything delicious, decent enough to give ramen vibes would help. We both love spice as well as the bland savory (OG Indomie for example. It ain't spicy but, we loved it). I'm not sure what more I gotta explain but, yea. Just looking for one nice place to decide on and have a nice bowl of ramen and have a smile at the end.

Also, if the place you're recommending needs reservations or has any other quirks/rules (like Neon Market's minimum entry amount), please lmk. Thanks yall!

Recently moved to a rented home in Indiranagar, thinking locality is good and near to my work place.

Had no idea about what I'm going to face next. Everytime it rains, the power is gone for hours, yes for hours i.e around 8-10 hours. This time it's been >24 hours without power at my place. Tried calling 1912, yesterday it was getting disconnected automatically. I thought may be because of rain, power disruptions had occurred. Today morning finally I connected to 1912 and raised the complaint but till now no response from them. Feels like I'm living in rural areas, even in those areas, power cut will be fixed... I know UPS is the solution, I'm trying to get one. But never thought the situation is this pathetic that too in Bengaluru... Now regretting my decision...

A few months ago, we started building a small community farm space near Bangalore.

Not a luxury resort.
Not a commercial “weekend getaway.”

Just a real space where people can:

• slow down
• build things with their hands
• grow food
• cook together
• relax in hammocks
• sit around bonfires
• read books under trees
• work on DIY projects
• wake up to birds instead of alarms

Right now, weekends here usually look like:

• organic farm meals
• coffee in the mornings
• swimming in the well
• random DIY building projects
• fixing things around the farm
• gardening
• stargazing
• music and conversations at night

We’re also planning to build:

• tiny cabins
• outdoor coffee stations
• bamboo/mud structures
• art spaces
• community seating areas

So we’re looking for people around Bangalore who are genuinely interested in:

• farming
• sustainability
• DIY projects
• architecture
• nature
• slow living
• camping
• community building
• photography/content creation
• or simply escaping city burnout for a while

You don’t need experience.
Just good energy and curiosity.

Some people come to help build.
Some come to chill in a hammock all day.
Both are welcome.

This is still small and raw, but maybe that’s what makes it special.

Hello anyone knows what is the stop for Kia buses to reach airport? I have to leave in the morning 8 am from Halasuru/indiranagar.

Are there any good robotics classes near indiranagar which are cheap or any peeps here who have tools and building projects I wanna meet and learn the stuff 🤖 though currently doing internship as software engineer , a curious techy guy here.

I’m 24, and lately I’ve been realizing something — I don’t think I’ve ever really had “someone.”

Not even in a relationship sense only. Just someone to share life with.

Whenever something happens — good, bad, funny, stressful — my first instinct is to share it with someone. Then I look around and realize there’s no one I can text or call like that.

It’s not even about one specific person. I think I miss the idea of having someone. Someone to talk to every day, share random updates, chai moments, office stories, or just say “today was hard.”

The weird part is, when I see couples, I don’t feel jealous. I genuinely feel happy for them because at least they have someone. But somewhere inside, I quietly wonder what that feels like.

And to be brutally honest, sometimes I feel like maybe I’m the reason. I’m overweight, dark-skinned, not very confident, not great at speaking, no fashion sense, not financially settled, probably going bald too. So sometimes I think — realistically, who would choose me?

I distract myself most of the time, but the feeling always comes back.

Has anyone else felt like this? Did things actually change for you?

So we didn't have a rental agreement previously as the company was renting out the place for us and it was in their name. We need to get an indane gas cylinder in 1week's time and I just called our regular guy and he said that the price is 3k! (We used to buy in 1500 in black) And to get a new connection it will take 3months to activate (haha what a trap right?)

So I need help from someone known if they can either get me a black cylinder for now in like 1500 or get us registered so that we have a cylinder before the month ends... Really banking on you guys 😢

Has anyone tried burgers at Beyondburg, if yes, do suggest the must try stuff.
