I received a new hind end in the mail but the instructions are missing. How do I attach it to the cat on the lower left?

Don’t think all the parts came?
When I got him in the mail, it kind of seemed like there were some parts missing but I thought nothing of it. I put him together anyway and now he’s like this… is there someone I can call to get my missing parts? Maybe a spine? Also judging by the second picture, his pre-assembled head didn’t come with a brain either…
