Fire is officially the most f2p element in the game and you can score the maximum rewards for it.
The story itself is great, along with the interactions with the cast, it astounds me how this game isn't more popular than it is, (except the gameplay being ass, but I don't think it's THAT bad)

I... Don't actually have anything to say in the intro today. The flowchart's fairly simple. Karen6 is still haunting the horizon and could pop out at any moment screaming "IT'S KARRIE!" Be prepared.
Is mandatory to play Ice as your committed element. For an Ice committed player, she is more important than anything else you could pull for. She's considered the weakest overwriter, and she's STILL That strong.
I'd even argue that, if you don't have her, you shouldn't commit to ice and you should look for a different element. But the heart wants what it wants, so if you say you're committed to Ice, I'll believe you.
You have a good opportunity to pick her up on an off banner, do that if you still need her. Also that off banner has a bunch of good resonance units on it, so any non-Hisame pickups you get will also be useful!
Wakki4 is a Blaster whose gimmick is that she does better on the turn where the boss is first broken (in a "Down State") This upcoming Astarium has a boss who heals very quickly after being downed and is weak to ice. So for people wanting to push deep into the EX Levels, she is kinda sorta an attractive unit. While she's waiting for the boss to be in a down state, she can share her SP to other frontline units with her common skill. She's neat.
But she doesn't deal that much damage, being a blaster. And Her DR Rate is... basically the same as Niina1, who is available with SS1 Coupons. To say nothing of the free DPS/Blaster Ice unit that we JUST GOT for free for finishing the 5.2.2 story.
I'm not sure, if you had infinite quartz, you would even be able to find a spot for her on your ice team, even ignoring the question of whether she's better than your other options. Skip.
Note that she DOES get a buff to have superbreak in JP later, which would change things and have me on the fence about whether she's worth it. Even then I'm still not sure she'd quite hit the "Recommended" Threshold. But, if you have a fuckton of quartz, and want to pull for her now so you're ready when she does get that buff you could do that! I'm not sure that's the optimal play, but it's not COMPLETELY crazy.
Is ices best buffer ever, and will remain as such until the ice admiral. If you're going to play Ice, you want her very badly. Not more than Karen6, and not more than Hisame4. (And not more than Ruka7 but that's a LONG way off) If you got the quartz for her, pick her up.
Her EX Is 5 turns of Ice Crit rate/Damage up. You'll follow that up with her common, 3 turns of ice Enhance. And it's only 26sp. So relatively simple to throw those two up one after the other. The crit is party wide, but the Enhance only applies to front row units. So some care with positioning is required.
She's SO COOL and I refuse to apologize for that pun ;)
So, there is an argument that if you have 135k quartz saved up as a light player, you could afford to pull for Yuina4. That'd get you access to Yuina4's extra turn common on Yuina5, which is very good!!! And you'd still have quartz for Ichiko3 (Who is imminent) and Karen6 (Who is ????)
I went back and forth all day on whether to include a segment on the flowchart for that. And ultimately decided that, if I was in that position, I would not pull for Yuina4. So I am not recommending anyone else pull for Yuina4. For the common average player who I assume reads my guides, I do not think it is a smart expenditure of your quartz.
But her common skill IS really good, so if you decide to pull for her anyway, I wouldn't say you made a BAD Choice, just maybe not the best choice. Although with rerun banners having pity carry over.... maybe....
Ice players absolutely should not pull for Yuina4 though. THAT I am very confident is a complete waste of your quartz.

The HBR Quest lists the number of the SA incorrectly, and I honestly may or may not have used that number on a separate thread. Surely it won't get confusing if we keep the game alive enough to get to #69.
This one is pretty much the exact Howling Crusher we've probably seen about 20 times. It'll have some low DP targeting and hits harder than the usual. There are some very interesting challenge conditions that made me struggle to get the max Dev, but the base max is 500%, while the challenge one is 750 or whatever. The boss is Ice weak, which meant that it was finally time for me to get above 2 mil
And yes Suit Yuina was by far the best source of DR I could muster, but even she was not quite enough to hit max DR. It wasn't my best laid plan as it was literally my first attempt, so maybe a better score is possible but I just don't really see the point.
Wave 1: DR res 50%+ max DR 750%, Restoration move pattern?, HP +75%
So I took a note of what was happening. This SA in particular will have more to talk about in the Wave section than the usual as it changes the fight in a huge way. So I actually didn't even really deal with the heal much because I used Miya SS3 to mitigate its heal. But it appeared to regenerate its DP on the 3rd turn of its DP break. While the DP is relatively easy to break, it is still probably 30% DP heal, so around 150k to 180k or so, not sure. With Miya, this becomes 1.
Otherwise I haven't gotten far enough into its regular DP pattern but it appears to be the same as the one listed on HBR quest.
The DR resistance is also very annoying. Light Yuina is probably one of the best at her Blaster job, and at max totem, I got to 650% after literally fucking spamming her EX like 6 times. While it's technically more dmg than 500%, it requires a lot more work and expending a couple more turns (I could've burst at turn 8). If I used my usual Adel SS2 for DR, I probably wouldn't have gotten above 500%.
Wave 2: Enemy Atk 15%+, Attacker Skill limit 2, SP -3
Depending on your capacity to DR, this will have less point cap in exchange for being a lot more manageable. Attackers shouldn't be using more than 2 skills most of the time anyways, and the SP -3 is probably the worst thing here.
