ive wanted this umbrella from the london store for at least 5-6 years, and I wasnât expecting them to still have it available when I went last week for the first time to the uk. I was so excited lol. she made it home safely to florida
it was such a sunny day. the beautiful woman in her beautiful millennial pink jumpsuit that asked me âwhat lipstick are you wearing?â and told me gen g zip looked really nice on me. all the glossier girls were squished in and still giggling, just strangers swatching and picking up and laughing together. my mom, who was still herself. the flowers! the moss! it smelled like you and summer and fresh air and I wore my pinafore that was so in style. I came home and sat in the grass with my little pink bag and my little haul and looked at the sky and got a sunburn. it was the closest to heaven I have ever been :â)

I just bough at a new stretch concealer for the first time in yearssss. Pictured on the left is my old concealer. I probably got it around 2020/2021. It has been through hell and back as can be seen with all the scratching on the metal. Even so, the G is pretty intact. On the right is the new concealer that I purchased. This picture was taken on the same day. I took it out of the package, threw it in my purse and when I pulled it back out it already looked like this. It's just sad to notice such an obvious decline in quality (and raise in prices) to products that I have come to rely on.
Found this in one of my old purses! Juuuuust when I'm getting back into You. It's 2/3rds full. If I remember correctly, I think is from the first time You was offered in a portable form, it was a gift set that came with one of the lipsticks (I believe it was a red shade, Fete). Not sure what year, but it does smell stronger than the more recent sprays, so maybe it's the older original version that lasts longer!
Should I toss thisâŠ? I put this wild fig gloss on without realizing the consistency wasnât as thick as it usually is and my lips started stinging. I squeezed a little out and it looks clearish/wattery. Does anyone have any idea what happened? This has never happened with any of my other glossier lip products. Kind of wild if i have to throw out $16 essentiallyâŠ.

I donât think the ânew chapter for Glossier You coming soonâ is a new flanker. Soie JUST came out as a summer fragrance and itâs not even summer yet.
I think the new Glossier You product is going to be an updated discovery set including Soie, and theyâre going to package it like a book boxed set and name it something like the Glossier You Library.
Since the release of Soie, the Glossier You Wardrobe has been outdated/incomplete because it doesnât include Soie. So theyâve been giving it away as a âfree gift with purchaseâ to clear the inventory before ushering in a new version of the discovery set.
It wouldâve made more sense to release an updated discovery set with Soie, and if it was book-themed, they couldâve done a âbeach readsâ-themed marketing campaign. But I think they overestimated how many people would buy the You Wardrobe when they released it around the holidays (like they did with many of the other holiday gift sets) and now they have too many left over that they need to get rid of before releasing an updated version.

Cleaning out old stuff and I found this. Expired October 2025. What a shame because I really liked this sunscreen.
Iâm genuinely devastated that itâs being discontinued because itâs literally my favorite lip product ever. Iâm looking for something similar.
What I loved about Lane was that muted rosy-brown mauve tone and the soft blurred matte finish. The texture was so unique too, like creamy and mousse-y without feeling dry or heavy.
Iâm open to literally any recommendations, high end, drugstore, K-beauty, anything đ„Č
Iâm not loving the Glossier You Solid. I mean, I love love love the scent, but I canât layer it with the original perfume because they donât ship it to my country. Iâve tried layering it with other perfumes, but the scent barely shows up. Still, Iâm starting to hit pan, and Iâve only had it since December.
So I was wondering⊠would leaving it open in my closet make my clothes smell like it? Or is that a bad idea?
So I'm late to finding out that this lipstick is not what it once was. I see that it's been reformulated yet again and the color isn't the same. I purchased from an ebay seller which turned out to be sephora and it's terrible. The color isn't even close and I'm so disappointed and angry. My favorite shade is crush. I like punch as well. I'm trying to track down the pre reformulation version but I'm not sure how to tell from photos. Is there any way to identify new from old versions by the packaging? I see the newer ones have a G Imprinted on the lipstick. Are there any identifiers that might help me tell and old version from the newer one? Why does this company keep doing this? Do they think we are going to forget what the color we have been wearing for YEARS looks like? This happened with puff too, it's a completely different color. I've tried so many things trying to replicate and nothing comes close. I am heartbroken right now this color really brings my face to life and the new version is dogshit. đ
I was thinking of getting Glossier Cloud Paint in Storm, but Iâve been seeing a lot of people say that the reformulated shade is more orange now, so now Iâm not sure.đ
Iâve also considered getting the shade haze or eve. For context, Iâm NC45/medium tan and I want something thatâll give a natural rosy or berry flush(not too purple) without pulling too orange on me.
This is gonna be my first Glossier purchase, and I really like how pigmented the cloud paints are. I was also considering the rhode pocket blush in sleepy girl, but Iâve heard the staying power isnât great.
So is the reformulated color rlly that different nd should i get eve or haze instead or just consider getting a blush from some other brand? Is getting the cloud paint still worth it after the reformulation?

Iâm running out of my cloud paint in haze which is one of the only blushes Iâve found that work on my pale olive skintone. Is it true that the formula and shade has changed? If so, does anyone know of a similar shade from another brand? :(
with glossier's very obvious pivot in direction, and so many more options out there, i've gone from being a loyal glossygal to now just being over it lol. now i'm just stocking up on things with the last of my tyb coins but after that i'm just not the target demographic. i don't really care about the you perfumes and i have a huge hunch they're gonna dwindle down the catalog especially around skincare/body before the end of this year. the body hero bar is my favorite thing ever but i have a feeling it'll be one of the first to go. anyways. farewell glossier. it's annoying because if they didn't try to be 100 different things at once they could've capitalized on the clean girl thing like rhode. glossier was literally the first "clean girl" sort of brand i can remember but they wanted to focus so heavily on makeup that no one asked for (like the lip glaze thing with katseye) and gimmicky merch all the time. formula changes, products (that people love) just randomly being discontinued. such a shame that they walked themselves to the trash.
I thought I saw an instagram story this morning about them giving out graduation gift until Monday, but I cannot find any information. Did anyone see it too? I graduated two Saturdays ago and would love whatever it is.
