Andrei Vayner for physics?

I’m taking this class in the fall they have a 5/5 for rmp but only 1 review and I think it’s for chemistry. If you had them for physics or even Chem how would u rate them? How hard will the class be with them? How are the tests compared to the coursework?

Admissions

I went to Northwest Florida state college and I am applying to go here. I've been told I am automatically accepted since I went to a juco in Florida. Anyone know if this is accurate? Thanks!

Looking for someone to take over my part of a lease

Hi guys

I just got a job in the Fort Lauderdale area and unfortunately have to move. I do have a lease here that I need someone to take over for me. It is a 2/2 by the intersection of daniels and 6 mile. Really good location - only about 10 minutes from campus. I lived here for almost 3 years now and if I ever move back will absolutely move into this apartment complex again.

You will have a roommate, 27M, and the rent is 1600 + utilities. We split the rent 750/850 with the larger room paying more. Current roommate is open to taking either room. You will just have to pay your rent portion and $250 security upon move-in. Room is available starting May 1st and lease ends Feb of 2027.

Please reach out if you have any questions! Thanks!

Housing Pros and Cons?

I recently got accepted into a doctorate program at FGCU and will be moving down to Fort Meyers.

Im ballin' on a MEGA budget to get through more schooling. Any housing recommendations or places I should stay away from?

The Grove/Portofino is offering 2007/mo rent at the moment and I am looking to split that with 2 others. So that would bring my base rent down to 600-700ish.

Budget: Low as possible while still being in a safe area.
Anything I don't spend on rent is what I am then able to use to buy food, essentials, and gas.

This is just a season of tight spending - so I am willing to stay somewhere kinda crappy if its safe enough!

Any advice or thoughts?

THANKS!

Are there any political science professors who have a certain ideology when teaching? I’ve heard that Professor Bowra leans a bit to the right. Is that true?
