Hi, I'm currently having problems with two voice chat mods on Exaroton using the neoforge launcher. I've tried both and didn't install both at the same time.

Simple voice chat: When using any other port, the plug icon shows in game but using "-1" or the same port as the server, the server crashes upon start.

Plaso voice: When using any other port, upon pressing "V" in game, the game shows the message "connecting to UDP port". Setting the port on "0" in the configs gives the player "Plasmo voice is not installed on this server" upon pressing "V".

Anyone have a fix for this?

Hi everyone! Me and some of my friends are playing a modded survival on exaroton. We have like 50 mods. Server has 6gb rams. It was ok but we added 4-5 new mods and it started lagging. Should we increase the ram or something else is wrong?

Hi, this is for support more than anything as I could not find any email address.

I set up a server a few years ago on Exaroton, and eventually it got quite active when me and some friends were playing on it often, so I created a credit pool for it and me and another friend both input credits to top it up so it would not run out for a *long* time.
However, when life got busy and none of us were really using it anymore, around mid-last year, I tried to connect onto the server and it wouldn't work. When I went onto the site, it showed that there were no credits in the server pool anymore - so the server couldn't boot.

I didn't understand how this was possible, even if someone had been going onto the server every now and then - I did check the logs and noone had connected on in months so the server had been closed/off the entire time - it shouldn't have used that many credits.

When I looked in the transactions section I remember seeing the 10 credits per month charges to keep the server going - that I completely understand. However, there was also one (or possible multiple, I cannot fully remember) really large transaction for uptime, where the Math did not make sense for how many hours it said it was on for, and also - I double, triple, quadruple checked the logs, and no-one had joined, so why did the server boot?

Now, about a year later, I have managed to log back in and can see that the server has been closed due to inactivity - fair enough. I tried to restore it, but it keeps saying there's no backup - I *know* for sure I used to back it up allll the time because I'm always so paranoid that with mods, something could corrupt and I'd need to have a previous version to restore to. Is it because of the inactivity that the backups have been deleted?

I'm frustrated because I was going to report the credits issue (the main issue here) last year but didn't find the email address, and now I cannot actually go in to the server to screenshot the transactions and logs again, to report it (I am on a new device so do not have the proof nor saved backups from previously).
