I love him anyway!
But with two EBs and a Boxer, that was probably a pipe dream

I thinks I could be in love 🐶 💕
Hi Everyone ! this silly guy is Moose, and he looooves walks and car rides. Problem is, Moose gets excited at every little stop and is also restless in the back seat of the car.
When there's two of us in the car, someone is able to atleast physically push him back if he really wants to get into the front but, driving solo, it's a little harder.
He is clipped in to a seatbelt with one of those bungee clips, but it still gives him too much wiggle room and he tries his hardest to push against it. Today I had to make a quick trip with him and clipped him into the front passenger seat, with the seat as far forward as it can go and I also wrapped his lead around the headrest to keep it a little tighter though with enough room.
He LOVED this solution and constantly kept his paws and head and (massive) tongue out enjoying the wind and sightseeing. although I know it would be impossible for him to jump out of the car, I still felt a little nervous. I would love to continue having him in the front passenger seat so he can keep his head out (when it's safe to do so of course), so I was wondering what other people's solutions are to their bulldogs in a car ?
All advice is appreciated !!! Thank you
Sometimes I swear she thinks she’s a great pyranees too!
My yazzy is the most nosy and curious girl! Unfortunately when she’s left alone, especially outside in the backyard, she eats tons of grass and sticks. Does anyone have the same issue? She’ll eat rocks, acorns, rabbit turds, and then inside she’ll eat whatever falls on the floor… including paper towels, cardboard, furniture, charging blocks- whatever she can find.
We feed her the recommended amount, if not a little more and she gets plenty of treats. She has toys and bones to chew on too.
Our concern is more that she doesn’t seem to understand that the things she chews on aren’t tasty or good for her. We tell her no and remove things from her mouth all the time, so she’s used to it (which isn’t a good thing, I know). But now she’s throwing it up more often and giving herself an upset tummy.
Does anyone have any advice or methods they’ve used?
Mayes he’s born with it… maybe it’s Maybelline 😘 🦷
This is my sweet Lola. We’ve had her about a year and a half. She’s just shy of 2. She was fixed after her first heat cycle. Suddenly she’s gotten more “mean” with my kids (12, and 9). They are gentle with her and she’s always been great with them. She is crate trained, and when they go to put her in her crate, she snaps and gets “bite-y” as the kids say. I can be no nonsense with her and pick her up when she’s like that no problem, but she will still growl at me.
I work from home, so she’s only crated at night and when I run errands. But for the most part she’s snoozing next to me all day and gets walked regularly throughout the day. I’m a bit at a loss of why this is happening and how to curb it before it gets any worse. Would love any and all tips.

(Sorry for the wetness in the photo, she had just gone pee outside lol)
Last week our 7 month old (now started 8 months of age) female english bulldog Lilah, started having potty incidents indoors. Both urinating and bowel movements inside the home. She is very well trained and potty trained to ring a bell to go outside. Again, this started last week. We also noticed last week that her vulva appeared to be more swollen than usual. So we took her to the vet last week for tear stain issues, and also got these issues checked out. Veterinarian confirmed her vulva appeared to be a bit swollen. We also took a urine sample for her, and a UTI was ruled out. So no UTI. Urine sample was completely normal vet said. We still have to take her bowel sample, but that’s not a huge concern for the vet. Next week we check-up with the vet anyway. But what could this be? Her heat coming? The vet said she would likely start bleeding within a week which she hasn’t yet. I did notice some weird dark-ish discharge coming from her vaginal area. Once again, no bleeding. Eating and drinking normal. Sleeping and activity levels normal. She’s very active and trains easily. She’s even in training to be a service dog, so these symptoms and behaviours are quite shocking for her normal demeanours. We are experienced EB owners, though, I was younger and didn’t pay too much attention to my late EB’s heat behaviours when we had her.
(Also for instance it’s 08:47 am and she’s been up for a while but has already had 2 indoor urinating incidents today) For discipline-wise, I have been trying to avoid discipline in case it’s a medical issue and not behavioural, so I have been just shortly crating her after her incidents.
So yeah, any advice would be greatly appreciated! Feel free to ask any questions about her health or lifestyle if needed.
I have been noticing my Oliver is not eating out of his bowl but will if I put in my hands and to his mouth . I think he is struggling to grab food . Also after he does try to eat has hiccups . What bowls do you recommend for your Bullies that will work with their cute smoosh face ?
